Airlie Small Companies Fund

Magellan Asset Management Limited, trading as Airlie Funds Management, as responsible entity of the Airlie Small Companies Fund (“Fund”), completed a review of the Fund and determined that it was in the best interests of unitholders to terminate the Fund. The termination was effective on 27 July 2026.

Airlie Concentrated Share Fund​​​​​​​

Magellan Asset Management Limited, trading as Airlie Funds Management, as trustee of the Airlie Concentrated Share Fund (“Fund”), completed a review of the Fund and determined that it was in the best interests of unitholders to terminate the Fund. The termination was effective on 24 June 2025.
