We encourage investors in our unlisted funds to send instructions via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax (+61 2 9247 2822) as there may be delays in the postal network as the situation evolves.
Please note that we can accept all instructions via email or fax, except for initial applications (new investors) and bank account changes (including withdrawal requests where the bank account is not on file). Please see the relevant fund’s PDS for specific requirements relating to instructions.

Our registry service providers are currently experiencing higher than normal call volumes and you may experience longer than usual wait times.
Mainstream Fund Services (unlisted funds)
Inbound calls are currently being diverted to voicemail. If you leave a message, you can expect to receive a call back within one hour. However, if you are registered for online access to your investment, this is the quickest and easiest way to view the value of your investment and to confirm transactions.
